The Community Centre is centrally located in the Millgate area of Newark and has been converted from its former use as the Fire Station sleeping quarters. A full and varied programme of activities occurs each week in the well appointed main hall, ranging from the Playgroup,  Luncheon Club (run by the Women's Institute) to Yoga, Art and Old Tyme Dancing. The Centre offers a good sized kitchen, refurbished toilet facilities and is accessible for all.

The Centre is available for functions and children's birthday parties and offers a very competitive price list.

The Millgate Area Community Association manages the Community Centre and the Committee meets on a bi-monthly basis.
