Infrastructure Delivery Plan
The Infrastructure Deliver Plan (IDP) provides for a detailed evidence base to support the production of the Local Development Framework, in particular the Core Strategy and Allocation and Development Management DPD's
The Study was undertaken in two stages. Stage 1 reviewed available baseline data to identify: current infrastructure provision within the District, geographical variations in infrastructure across the District and to provide for a level of understanding of the growth that can be supported by existing infrastructure.
Stage 2 was to identify: the shortfalls in infrastructure against the proposed growth in the District, where and when that infrastructure may be required, the outline costs of such infrastructure, how that infrastructure is provided and funded and provide a funding strategy and delivery plan.
